The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I personally like the firmness of the mattress, but they say they can provide a mattress topper. Traffic noise could be heard, but at night it was not that bad, and on the 4th floor it was quite okay. I had a good night. I had an early flight the next day, and the staff provided me with a light but satisfying breakfast. They are very professional and polite. I recommend the hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast is great though it’s the same everyday. Air condition function well..

I was upset with the housekeeper coming in ignoring the sign on the door but a receptionist went out of her way to make it up to me. She was always smiling and was very helpful. The food was decent in proportion and variety. I looked fwd to my breakfast every morning.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Room was clean & comfortable. The mattresses are hard but they offer a ‘topper’ which I asked for making bed very comfortable. Excellent AC, fridge, kettle, cable TV with lots of channels, strong, reliable wifi, plenty of hot water & toiletries. Staff were amazing - always pleasant & helpful & actually went out of their way to be helpful. Good buffet breakfast- local & western. Location fabulous, walking distance to all sights. The hotel is in a busy area of the city and the hotel provided earplugs if needed but I was on level 6 so didn’t get disturbed by noise. Lots of minimarts & places to eat right outside hotel. I really liked the feel of this hotel (& staff) & definitely recommend it. Thank You 👍
