Hotel is close to the Koshien stadium making it ideal for stay when in town for baseball. The rooms are quite large and spacious. The decor is dated but in good shape. The bed was rather uncomfortable and I found it difficult to get good rest. Finally the hotel runs its heating and AC on a central switch so despite the room being 26 degrees we were unable to turn on the AC as it was heat only option.

Very basic accommodations. However, I have to mention the soaking tub and shower room, it was the best part of my stay. After a long day of train rides, walking, and sightseeing it was a joy to end the day with a hot soak. Bring your bath salts with you. Great location, it was close to two shopping malls, Hasin Tigers Stadium, and the Train Station.

There's no station around it

Very nice. The breakfast was a bit simple but can’t complain for the money. Nice big bath, comfy bed, quiet, good if you’re just looking for a bed for the night. Nothing fancy but fit for purpose.

Stayed here twice during the Rugby World Cup. Ideally situated near the train station for connections to Kobe and just up the road from Koshien Tigers baseball stadium. The room was very comfortable, big bed, fridge, massive wetroom with sunken bath and Washlet toilet (I want to take one home!). Good breakfast. Very helpful staff who minded my iPad which I had forgotten on my first stay. Free parking is always a bonus in Japan.

It was fun, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite a bit of a language barrier, nearby the koshien station so ideal for getting around

This hotel is a great choice for price and value. We received free parking, free Wi-Fi, and free Japanese or "western" breakfast and had a room that, for Japanese city hotels, was quite spacious. Our twin room had good mattresses and cozy down comforters, and anot ensuite bath comprising a toilet and sink area separated from a shower and tub area.

Very convenient to Koshien statio, good breakfast & polite staff. Large bathroom.

Love the quietness of location. And friendly locals.

The lady at the hotel greeted me and was really attractive!!!!! People were very nice, brought breakfast. But the remote control for the TV did not work.
