最高 The staff is super friendly. They let us check in a few hours early. They have a beautiful lobby and thet are located next to the river- the sound of the running water is amazing. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast as part of your stay. And they kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend them. Sandra

Property was great and the staff was exceptional. Bed was comfortable, room was clean breakfast was good. The only downsides, WiFi was unusable, the TV had 3 channels and the room backed up to construction. The last one was not their fault, but the other two could be improved.

The hotel was a good value for the location. There were minimal amenities and at times I felt as though I was in a hostel. The walls were super thin. There was no water provided without purchase. However, the breakfast was amazing and the location to the train and entrance to Machu Picchu could not be better.

Was moved to another hotel because this one didn’t have running water. The other hotel was worse and out of the way with many problems including locking us out of the building at night with no instructions on how to get in.

The staff was so accommodating! The room was clean and they offered a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Aguas Calientes.

Stayed at Hotel Retama Machupicchu during my visit to Machu Picchu. The staff was friendly and super helpful, and the location made it convenient for getting around Aguas Calientes and heading to Machu Picchu early in the morning. The room was clean overall, and I appreciated having a quiet place to rest after a long travel day.
There were a few downsides. The hotel is also up a hill and does not have an elevator, which could be difficult with luggage.
Breakfast was simple but enough to get started for the day. They made me an omelet to order that was delicious.
Overall, it’s a decent option if you want an affordable stay close to Machu Picchu and are mainly looking for a place to sleep and recharge before the trip.
