Excellent hotel. Lovely pool. Big clean rooms. Walkable to all the sights.

So-Bangkok is at a great location at the Southeast corner of Lumphini park. It is just a few steps from the MRT (metro), neat the monorail. As a tourist you can be anywhere quickly. The staff is super nice. The restaurants are excellent a feature special food nights ranging from Bangkok street food to Kaiseki-style Japanese dinners. Of course there is a French night too. This has been my second trip to Bangkok, and I gladly returned to So-Bangkok. I felt on familiar territory even though 10 years passed between the two trips.

Dikas at reception was really helpful. Great aparthotel- huge rooms, staff super friendly. Thank you for helping us with flexibility for our children. You have made our stay just perfect

We stayed in February and thought this hotel was one of the best hotels we’d stayed in during our trip. Special shoutout to Savoeut and Salorn who helped us book a wonderful tour to Angkor Wat for sunrise (breakfast provided by the hotel) and also greeting us every morning and checking in our stay. Breakfast was great and plentiful, with decent coffee too. Pool was shaded and felt very tropical with all the plants. Cocktails in the evening from the pool bar were also super. Location was perfect and not too far from Pub Street, the night market and main attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Quite simply a superb experience. Booked in for 4 nights but extended for another 2 nights because we were enjoying the hotel and all of its facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and efficient. Location is ideal to walk to Pub Street (a bit tacky!), Wat Bo or National Museum. Restaurant food is excellent. Pool provides plenty of shade and has a nice bar. Cookery course was brilliant. Started with a trip round the market and then made 4 dishes. Massages were also really good. I will definitely come back.

The staff were welcoming. It’s more a 3 star hotel. The room is dedicated to a sitting area/kitchenette/TV. Bedroom not adequately equipped. Wardrobe access limited due to closeness of bed. Foam pillows. Bath towels very small. Although a double room only one pair of slippers. No where in bathroom to hang hand towels. Hair dryer attached to wall. Maids cleaned room hurriedly one day while we were at breakfast without us hanging sign on door. Staff did not apologise for this despite asking twice. Forget it if you’re vegetarian as breakfast geared towards meat eaters. Cross-contamination of tongs for food. Dishes not always labelled. Cooked food in containers were lukewarm. Coffee from a machine. I’m very sorry but it wasn’t a 4 star experience.

Really lovely hotel, in a quiet area only 1km from Pub Street. Exceptional service, huge 3 bedroom apartment, nice pool and pool bar. I loved our stay here, would definitely return.
