Last minute booking - booked two rooms - one King, one 2 x Queen for our children who are no longer teenagers - staff allocated adjacent rooms and unlocked the connecting door

Beautiful property but too many pools. We are here in their Fall season with average daily temps of 75 so for a few hours the water is ok to enter but otherwise chilly. No indoor pools or any hot tubs on the property. Beach looks nice but the warning sign for crocodiles and jelly fish / stingers put a damper on entering the water. Staff were nice and restaurants had many new items but not so many options for those with simpler taste buds.

Awesome 3 night stay for my wife’s bday weekend. Booked a lagoon view room and no complains.perfect location right on 4 mile beach and 3 restaurants with great menu and lagoon bar. Kids had fun too with swimming in pool . Overall 5 stars. Requested hotel for a small cake for birthday and they put on complimentary wine / cake and didn’t charge a thing for it .

Some staff were unhelpful, answering "I don't know" when we asked for assistance. We were told we received an upgrade upon check-in but for $500 per night, we had a view of the carpark.

There was very little variety of gluten-free options for breakfast. The dinner options were labeled gluten free, but every time I ate there, I felt sick with stomach pain and severe migraines. I never felt 100% safe eating there. However, the place itself is wonderful and super relaxing.
