Room was clean and staff were all nice. All things considered, for the price paid, we were disappointed with the hotel. We paid extra to have a view of Lake Ontario, the outside of the windows were so dirty that it ruined the view. The hotel room was dated, and while clean, I would expect more for what is being paid. Common areas air conditioning was poor and the breakfast buffet is poorly laid out and incredibly hot. By the time we managed to get a plate of food, our coffee was cold. I would return.

Well-appointed room. Very accommodating staff and even gave us a room upgrade to a lake view. Great location to malls and other attractions. Short walking distance to Scotiabank Arena if you plan to watch games and concerts/shows.

Great place to stay!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé et offre une vue magnifique sur les îles. Ce que nous avons toutefois le plus apprécié, c’est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel tout au long de notre séjour. Leur accueil chaleureux, leurs sourires et leurs petites attentions ont fait toute la différence et ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre voyage en famille. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Room was nice and clean. Balcony was a little worn and sliding door was difficult to open and close. Our fridge wasn’t working and took a bit to get a replacement. Ordered a cheese tray and it was extremely overpriced for what we received. Staff was great and very helpful. Convenient to downtown and of course the harbour.

Beautiful location on the lake. Our room with two beds was fine, but felt a little squished with four adults. Having a room with an additional sink would have helped.

South tower water facing room with balcony was perfect for fireworks watching. There is a grocery store across from the hotel which was convenient. Room was not ready even though we checked in two hours after check in time which was a bummer. We asked a staff member where to watch fireworks for Canada day and they recommended a park an hour away when we could see them perfect from the room. Pool had lots of floaties for the kids. Overall great location and clean safe hotel.
