Amazingly helpful staff, very clean, wonderful heritage hotel. Great food and location

Excellent staff friendly. Special comment on restaurant staff. Very disappointed couldn’t watch football World Cup . Every public place there is a tv showing foot ball Not this hotel. Taken the cheapest option. Food no Locsl food . Lot to improve. Very noisy . No sound proofing. No double glazing

Clean, comfortable and excellent staff

Just had a magical stay at the Cameron Highlands. The hotel was superb, so much better than we expected. Actually the hotels website representes it better than Hotels.com. Large spacious, old colonial style rooms. The whole hotel is open to the elements which creates this unique space which is airy. The staff were outstanding, honestly its like been treated like royalty. Everthing from the spa, dinners, the private food tour and cooking with the chef. It was top notch and stands out from the other hotel's.

Clean room, the bed was a little strange with plastic feeling underneath, loud traffic noise impacted my sleep but they did provide earplugs, all front security staff were really nice and helpful, there’s a staff at the bar had some attitude when I asked some water

A beautiful old hotel in the center of the Cameron Highlands close to everything excellent staff gorgeous old English feel the breakfast was outstanding the service also outstanding highly recommend for a short stay in the Cameron Highlands

Spacious room, excellent service

The staff was above and beyond, genuinely connecting to guests. Ravi, manager of food and beverage, was attentive, knowledgeable and so warm and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful on the inside. Serving staff Hridoy, Kistan and Myint were always warm and helpful. However the location in the busy highway was a big deterrent. It was noisy with motorcycles and very dangerous to cross. The hotel felt cut off from the rest of the local community. There is a serious need for an overpass to be built. Perhaps several hotels and the golf course could cosponsor an overpass with the town of Tanah Rata. Again the hotel and staff were exceptional. The location is challenging

Staff great. Facilities good. 2 restaurants both reasonably priced. Large room with nice views.
