Clean room but smelled musty and very hot.

Staircase banister very wobbly so would be difficult if you need to hold both sides as I did

Clean room, easy check-in, friendly staff.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Convenient to have onsite breakfast. Coffee was excellent.

Great location. Great staff. Room was good, but small. No AC, but fan provided. No elevator, but was able to manage. I would stay again and recommend it.

the staff was really helpful when the hotel phone wasn’t working and worked quick to get it fixed.

This hotel is fine but not great. Rooms are a good size, very thankful there was a fan as it was a very warm weekend in Edinburgh during our stay. No where to unload your luggage at the front of hotel (unless you can score a car park across the road) & staff weren’t very helpful in advising where to park unless you wanted to pay 20 pounds to park in their car park out the back. Breakfast was the worst we had on our trip in Scotland. If you need to do washing the Edinburgh Laundrette on Leith Walk charged $17 to wash, dry and fold a large load and it was done in a few hours.

Small but clean and well put together room - fantastic location and perfect for a night stay .
