the property was okay, the staff by the front desk was always on her phone. I rented 2 rooms, one room when my daughter put the heater on the room filled up with smoke we reported it to the front desk immediately and they said oh the heaters has not being used in a while give it a few minutes. not acceptable to me cause I told the lady at the reception that housekeeping while cleaning the room should check that AC and heaters are running properly. the shower when you turn on the water all the water comes out why? because the shower curtain don't reach the floor. the room had a funny smell to it and the carpet was damp;. overall highly disappointed. the staff really don't care.

TV not working ( mentioned to front desk but I was just too tired from my conference to have someone come in the room for them to check). After room clean up ( Tuesday ), came back with my hairbrush missing. I am sure it was not intentional. Could have dropped easily to a nearby trash can. But still was an inconvenience for the next 2 days.

The lobby and entrance where decent. The carpet in the guest room halls where dirty and stained. The patio door kept getting stuck and I had to get assistance to slide it. The coffee pot kept leaking, requested a replacement. There was an issue with them refreshing our room after several requests and 2 days. Room was comfortable, but did not feel 100% clean.

Nice property, clean, friendly staff, pool was nice, great value. 10-15min to Disney and Universal. Also lots of food choices nearby. Would recommend and stay again

I am in love with this property. Whenever me and my family do a Disney trip we stay here. Pricing is always reasonable, staff is friendly and property is always well maintained. Extremely convenient to everything. Love it here. See you again in October for Halloween Horror Nights!

It had a smelly odor throughout the hotel and our rooms. We had to find house keeping and get some spray to spray the rooms we had until we purchased some Lysol. They also had dirt dobblers on the walls and spider webs on the balcony we had. I had to pay $26 to park for less than 12 hours.

My room smelled old. The popcorn ceilings didn't help. Those should be replaced. The hotel rooms in general could use an update to more modern style. they would be a lot better if the rooms were updated, new carpet. beds, etc...
