Great value for money, a fairly comfortable stay and located well, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, did the job and spacious as Ibis budgets go.

Air conditioning didn’t work well at all Moved rooms 2 times Management was wiling to help situation and eventually found a room that was acceptable but not after one very long hot sleepless night and zero compensation for our inconvenience.

Micro sized bed stands, no glasses in the bedroom, no hand towels, thinnest possible pillows, hard mattresses, barely functioning toilet flush, no locks in the bathroom, unfriendly staff. Well below standard for any hotel in Portugal, not worth saving money to have such an unpleasant experience.
