It was our first time staying at this hotel. It’s beautiful, has a great location and the staff at the hotel were amazing and super friendly. They gave my kids welcome gifts. They also gave us a free drink chip for the attached restaurant, Gioia. The food and drinks there were incredible, but don’t be offended by the surly bartender. If you have the drink chips, make sure you ask them what drinks are specifically included because they won’t tell you until you pay your tab and it only is good for certain drinks apparently.
Also, the breakfast that is included with your stay has so many options and is very fresh.

There are 3 sittings for breakfast, at weekends the first is 7.30 which is a bit late if you have an early flight. The lift is quite small, so if there are a lot of people checking in or out you might have a wait! The staff were helpful and we checked out before breakfast and they stored our cases while we had breakfast. Worth knowing, there is a little cut through next to Max burger ( almost directly opposite) which gets you straight to the Arlanda Express - this tip from the staff saves us a massive detour through the main rail station ( which we had thought we would have to do)

Great junior suite. Breakfast choice absolutely fantastic but needs to have more organisation because getting a table was difficult at times.
