There was too much noise outside the room—loud voices sounding like an argument, doors slamming all night, and garbage trucks operating early in the morning; 👎I couldn't sleep at all that night.

Would not recommend - not clean, unsecure, amenities down.
The property looks nice in the pictures but is nothing close to what the property looks like in person. The wifi was down for several days. The pool was not clean. It had green alge all over the pool and the surrounding area. The rooms smelled like smoke and weed even though there were no smoking signs. The property was not secure as the entrance doors could be accessed with out the key card. The doors were broken and could be pushed open. Staff was not helpful. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was ok but getting to the room was a different story. The smell of urine in the stairwell was unbelievable. Why I know that because the elevator had stopped working so I had to use the stairwell. Also my trip was for 4 days and I only stayed two. After the first night I returned to my room and couldn't get so went to front desk to find out what was going on. The guy at the front desk fixed the problem. It was that my door key to the room was only good for 1day. Also the pool was greener than a cow pond, unable to be used. Do not recommend this hotel.

少しがっかり This is a 1* property, not 3* as advertised on Expedia. This place is worn out. Elevator out of service when we checked in, pool green and out of service (in July), no hot water when I showed, Luke warm for my spouse 1 hour later. Carpets worn out, noise all night. And, the skimpiest continental breakfast that resulted in us going out for breakfast. Complete disappointment in LaQuinta and Expedia. .

Property was very run down. Smelled terrible and dirty. Pool was green. Pretty sure receptionist at check in was high on something. Ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Did not feel safe for my family and I to stay there.

少しがっかり The room had a consistent foul smell. Learned that other rooms nearby had same problem. Two bathroom fixtures did not work, maintenance staff person came, took one look at fixtures, said they would not be fixed due to pending renovations. No mention in web site or on property that mentioned any renovations. Upon initial arrival, front desk staff person appeared somewhat like she was being disturbed by our arrival, but on last day at check out seemed a little more friendly. People have good days and bad days.
Breakfast was adequate. First morning of our stay staff person did not restock supplies at all after about 8:30 a.m. but people were still coming in at that time. On the second and third mornings a different staff person was on duty' things were better. Previous experiences at other La Quinta hotels were satisfactory, this one was below standard.

First, upon entering the property neither set of "automatic" doors fully opened. Secondly, the property was poorly maintained. I saw obvious (and non) attempts at repairs that were an eyesore. Even the simple housekeeping (daily cleaning) was not well kept. The microwaves and refrigerators in the room were very dated. The only updated item in the room I occupied was the bathroom.

It was rundown, filthy, and the floors were awful. Spills in the 1st floor hallway that nearly took my shoes off. The carpets were sooo dirty. And there was a musty smell throughout, especially in the room. We left after 15 minutes because I just couldn't stand to stay there. There was also some sketchy guy outside the side entrance selling tshirts and other things. Super bad!
