Great place to stay. It was clean and staff are very helpful and welcoming. Lots of shops, cafes, and grocery store around so it made our stay easier.

Coffee is limited to two Nespresso pods per day. If you want more, the hotel will add the cost to your invoice. If you book a private transfer from the airport, be wary, the driver may attempt to charge you more than the hotel quoted. Otherwise, nice boutique hotel near the Eiffel Tower and within easy walking distance of two metro stops and the Museé d'Orsay.

Great location, staff was excellent and very friendly. Everything was perfect.

I loved this boutique hotel - located in a gorgeous and convenient area. If I leaned out our window I had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, which was within easy walking distance. Many sights and conveniences were close by and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice easy one night stay. Super location.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and definitely not worth the rate charged. To make matters worse, the shower head was broken. I contacted the front desk immediately to report the issue and ask about a repair, but nothing was done. I reminded them again the following day, and again, no action was taken. At checkout, I informed the front desk once more that the shower had not been working during my stay despite my multiple requests. The only response I received was, “OK, I will make a note and have it fixed.” Unfortunately, that did nothing to address the inconvenience during my stay. There was no apology, acknowledgment, or offer to make the situation right. Very disappointing customer service overall.

This was a very nice hotel in an ideal location for walking Paris. The room/bathroom was fairly large (by old Paris standards). The bedding, towels, etc very nice. It also had air conditioning, which was useful during the heat wave I experienced. Busy area but very quiet in the hotel. I would highly recommend
