I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t open windows for fresh air. I called expedia for help. According to the lady i talked too, it was showing that some rooms had windows that could open. They said NO
I tried to cancel the second night but they were absolutely no help.
Since i had been told by expedia that they had. King suite with a window that could open, we chose Sherwood Park but NEVER again.
The hotel was clean that wasn’t an issue but the no flexibility at all was truly frustrating.

I booked a room as I was attending a funeral! Had car trouble and did not make it to Edmonton for the over night stay! As a result of circumstances beyond my control I called and asked for a rebate of all or part of my money! I was denied as per company policy! Very disappointed!

Great hotel is you are planning a longer stay. Kitchen in the room and the option to use coin operated laundry.

Staff were not from Sherwood Park so didn't know local information. Overall a nice clean and quiet place to stay and well located once you get out and look.
