とても良い The hotel was very clean and convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Calvin, who took the time to make us feel welcome. His enthusiasm for Boston was infectious.
My only (small) gripe was that there werent clean towels at the pool and it took a while for someone to resolve this.
Other than that, great place.

少しがっかり Honestly, the pictures of this property are very deceiving. I requested early check in to the suite I purchased on two different occasions, and still had to check in at 4 pm. You don’t get parking in the garage included in your stay either if you’re driving from out of town. The place looked okay walking into the lobby, but then noticed stains on the furniture that turned me off. The elevators are super small and when getting to our rooms, it took me by surprise how outdated everything was for the price. Again, the pictures made everything look nicer than it truly was. The pool was small and overall just meh. The keys didn’t work to my door and had to wait around for almost two hours to use my room and that really upset me. The $10 cafe credit also doesn’t count on checkout day even when you’re paying for the day. I would’ve stayed somewhere else now that I had the experience I did. The only positive were the beds being very comfortable.

最高 From check in to check out, the staff were happy, friendly, and professional. I appreciated the ease and speediness of check in and check out. The hotel was a short and inexpensive Uber ride to our event. We enjoyed the pool while we were there. Our room was very clean and quiet.
