staff wonderfully helpful. Everything very clean. Bed comfortable. Felt very safe in neighborhood. Only thing we missed was a safe in the room. There is a safe at front desk, just less convenient. Will look for this brand when we travel again. Loved it.

Nice hotel in the city center. Breakfast was very good, and I liked the location. I like not having to need a room key and using only a code.

I was only able to stay at the hotel for one night because my flight from Frankfurt to Ljubljana was delayed several times and then cancelled. I tried to contact Expedia to see if I could cancel my night’s reservation, but couldn’t reach any assistance for help - I tried phoning, chatting and emailing. It was a very frustrating process. The hotel is in a good location, was clean and the breakfast buffet was sufficient.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff was friendly. Location was close to town and also just 3 blocks from main train and bus stations. i would stay there again if I had the fortune to return to Ljubljana some day.
