The hotel is very outdated and definitely use some renovation
The interior looks old and worn
The staff at the lobby/ front desk were not very friendly or welcoming

Super hôtel directement sur la plage. La chambre était propre. Chaque jour nos serviettes et nos poubelles étaient changées. Nos demandes et exécutées rapidement. Toujours des good mornings avec des beaux sourires. Le petit déjeuné était toujours bon avec beaucoup de choix. Pour ne pas attendre en fil c’est préférable d’aller déjeuner avant 8h30. La piscine était pleine de vie avec un snack bar qui nous prépare d’excellents daiquiris. Mention spéciale pour le daiquiri à la banane. C’est certain que ça donne le goût de revenir.

Clean room. Breakfast was plenty and good. I didn't like that my room was in the building across the street instead of being in the building that faced the beach. I was disappointed.

I would never stay at this hotel again. I’m not sure how it was rated 4.5 out of 5. Room was very out dated and stains from the carpet to the ceiling. Front desk staff wasn’t pleasant and uninformative. Even though it’s a beach front hotel the beach isn’t free. The pool and jacuzzi is dirty. I was told by beach patrol it is $50 for a chair and umbrella. Just overall a bad experience. Do yourself a favor and book a hotel down the street. We did and lost out on $400.

The room was clean for the most part. Could have used a bit more touches. It was a comfortable room. Great view. Love the chairs and umbrellas they have for their guests. Like the security feature on the elevator. Overall a great stay. The outdoor bar should stay open later in the summer. 8 is a little too early

Too many unruly kids that spoil it for the kids that are there with their family. Management needs to do a better job of managing the pool area. Need to have someone to collect & hand out towels and check tags to make sure that the people belonged in the pool.
Breakfast was great! Staff didn't speak English, stayed a week and they never cleaned our rooms, only switched out clean towels.

The bathroom wasn’t clean,, the bedroom dirty, sink dirty, towels dirty,, sheets dirty stains all over, the parking in different places if you find parking spots You have lucky,, the breakfast place is on other building ,, but is all dirty everywhere in the property. My first time and my last one too.
