Hotel was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, cafe and grocery across the street that stayed open in the late evening and easy access to metro stations. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if ever I visit Japan again.

It was a comfortable stay and had plenty of options to get to the station. There is a wide range of breakfast options if you want to try breakfast. They provide bath salts which you can use during a soak, to soothe muscles One thing we noticed one day was that they had left our trash full and just left the replacement bags ontop of the bin.

Everything was perfect from the moment I walked into the hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely and quiet, absolutely wonderful I will use this hotel again when staying in Tokyo.

One of the best hotels We have ever been. Great design, magnificent cleanliness and perfect located.

Excellent

This is a quieter, more family oriented part of Nihombashi and thankfully far from the shopping crowds. Very convenient to supermarkets and lots of dining choices. Trains are only about 10 minute walks but easy to get anywhere. Coffee in Kiyosumi is some of the best you'll find. This is a cool place to stay! Oh yes the hotel is also great.

Clean and comfortable. Good value

This was a great hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a decent size for the three of us. And even a little balcony of the bedroom. The breakfast was superb, with lots of food choices. Great breakfast room two, which was really relaxing. It was in a quiet, safe location with easy access to lots of train stations. We stayed four nights and it really met our expectations. Thank you to the great hotel staff for a wonderful stay.
