Rooftop pool is nice after walking around town. Waterfront location is lovely. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Great location, right in the bay of naples, beautiful views for breakfast. Generally a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool was tiny and you needed to book, so we didn't end up using it. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk in the rooms - you have to ask at the bar for milk - little things that they could easily give you instructions for in your room! Sadly the cleaners managed to wrap up one of my daughters teddies in the washing - but it did get found and is now being posted home - they were very helpful in finding the teddy!

The air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto the bed, making it cold and difficult to sleep. The thermostat was locked so could not be changed. And there was no blanket in the room, only a sheet. Not a good stay.

Good breakfast selection and Staff were very welcoming. They also remember your birthday and had left a little cake and a bottle of champagne in our room, Very thoughtful !

Loved everything about it - was solo travelling the only thing I didn’t love was on check out morning the cleaners tried to come in twice while I was sleeping - a do not disturb sign would easily fix that issue.
