I have stayed here a half a dozen or more times. Always very comfortable. We had a suite and it was big and roomie, but this mattress was so unbelievably hard that we left a day early. We have always had a comfy bed but this particular room is was too hard for us.

Immediately upon arrival we checked in with receptionist Nadine.
We advised her of our late arrival per an extremely difficult day. We needed the sound of the ocean.
Nadine, set us up in a lovely room with an ocean view on the 3rd floor.
We were provided a bottle of wine, water, and a signed condolence card.
There were tears of joy and thankfulness.
We were able to sit on the balcony, and here the evening and morning sounds of the bay. A seal calling in the distance.
We enjoyed breakfast in the nearby Cafe restaurant.
We will most definitely go back.

An incredible experience from start to finish! Sonesta Redondo Beach offers top-tier luxury and amenities. We especially loved the amazing customer service from the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the very best. We went for our anniversary and they made sure we enjoyed our time there. Jose, at the front desk gave us the best and memorable experience! The on-site dining was exceptional, and the room offered beautiful views of the beautiful beach. If you are looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway, this is the place to be! I highly recommend and can’t wait to be back soon!!!😊

The hotel itself was well maintained, the room clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful during check in, ordering room service, check out, etc. The hotel is directly across the street from Seaside Lagoon, a 5-10 minute walk to Redondo beach. We drove to Hermosa beach pier which was maybe a 5 minute drive. We did prefer Hermosa beach to Redondo beach. Would stay again!
