Staff were so helpful

Room was clean and comfortable

What l needed

Avoid this place at all costs Firstly, there is no mobile phone reception, which makes communication extremely difficult and inconvenient. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had someone staying there from the 4th of March until the 10th, but after one night where he was slightly loud, they asked him to leave on the second day. At the time, we were clearly promised a refund once he checked out. After he left, they completely changed their story and refused to provide the refund they had promised. This kind of behaviour is dishonest and very disappointing. Poor communication, rude staff, and broken promises. I strongly recommend people stay away and book somewhere else.

Room was nice and big

Not a very nice place, bed was uncomfortable and not even attached to the base which kept moving away from the wall. Tv was tiny and general feel of the hotel is not nice

There was no cavalo which was disappointing. Staff were nice and helpful

Its very old crapy rooms very old like 1980 shower cant fit everything so old

The staff were lovely but the whole place was very rundown. The bed was comfortable and room clean but it was so old. The carpet was crispy, old curtains and nothing modern and new at all. It was so rundown in the corridors,stairs and pool area. Parking was fairly good and good location. Would not stay again sorry.
