We booked the 2 queen bedroom and we’re given single queen bedroom. As we checked in late, I slept on the sofa. The reason was that there was no 2 queen bedroom available. The. Why did it allowed me to book at higher price if the property is not available. And there was no housekeeping who cleaned the room in our absence. We used the same towels for 2 days.
Please refund our money.

I stayed here about 1.5 years ago and several times before that. Last time it was not so great. Much improved this time.
