とても良い The mattress was uneven, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. They kept the room clean and made sure we had toiletries and toilet paper and facial tissue. Front desk personel were exceptional and gave us a bottle of water at check in. Usb plugs didn't work. Rod for opening and closing the curtains was never fixed. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

最高 We stayed for a week during our daughter's college graduation. The room was very clean, spacious enough for 3 adults, and had a separate living area. Two windows with a great view of the city and partial view of the lake. Beds were super comfy (2 doubles). Bathroom was a nice size. Great location near upscale shopping. Absolutely loved the added convenience of The Chapel Street restaurant which was just downstairs in the lobby. Excellent breakfast & dinner options. It made our stay very relaxing. We would definitely book here again, hopefully the same room!

少しがっかり Check in was horrible. They charged me twice for the stay over twelve hundred dollars and kept both payments and it’s been hell trying to get my money back. I will not be back!
