最高 Great hotel overall! The room was clean and spacious. We had a room for 3 people and there as enough room for us all. Two adults and a teenager.
The location was excellent! Shopping and abundant dinning were 30 meters away (2 min)! The hotel has a restaurant but we only used it for breakfast. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and even has gluten free options. The waterfront was only 10 min away, all the boat tours ran from there also.
As a side not, the Boat tour wasn't worth it.
We had a minor issue with the AC never turning off regardless of the temp it was set for. We just turned it off once the room was cool.
I would defiantly go back.

最高 We enjoyed our stay there. Surprisingly quiet and more modern than expected. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly Nara and Filipo. Had some issues getting housekeeping to refresh supplies. Would be nice to have ice maker on the floor but front desk was very kind to provide. Location is great as it is right in the heart of downtown and walkable to the beach, local churches, and countless dining. I would gladly stay there again.

最高 We had an excellent stay in Lisbon and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was unbeatable—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations.
The only minor drawback was the hotel restaurant. While the food was decent, it didn’t quite live up to the rest of the experience. We also attended the Fado night, which unfortunately felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the authentic atmosphere we were hoping for.
That said, this was a very small part of an otherwise fantastic stay. Everything else was outstanding, and we would happily return. Overall, a well-deserved 5/5!

最高 We loved everything about our stay at hotel Santa Justa!
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and booked us dinner reservations and suggested a jazz club when we asked for suggestions. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept quite soundly..
The breakfast buffet was ample, extremely fresh with a wide array of options, and delicious every morning.
The hotel’s kind bartender made the best Mojitos we’ve ever had… And we enjoyed the happy hour. Lastly, the location was quite central in Baixa. It was a great place from which we could easily set out each day to explore the waterfront, which was nearby, and other parts of the city.
The hotels restaurant just across the street was outstanding and we enjoyed some lovely fado music there one night. We would definitely love to come back!

最高 Clean room. Great for families. Staff was very helpful. Lift on adjacent building was abit slow.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely come again.
