Lift wasn’t working, shower mixer didn’t work and lights in bathroom weren’t working properly, overall it needs some maintenance

Amazing from the minute you step inside. All beautifully cleaned and very peaceful.

Beautiful place and right in the city centre, so great for movement around. Hotel itself quite neat and they made efforts to give us early check in. They also offered to keep our luggage until our next visit.

Good hotel with pleasant staff. Reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Very nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very nice but slow service. Great location for train station, town centre and Hexagon theatre. Room a bit warm.

Car parking is a major problem!! And for this reason, I would not be returning, so lucky to get a small car parking space; otherwise, it would have meant parking off-site, which I would not have liked at all. The reception team were not very good at all, and had very poor customer service. Very disappointing

We had a brilliant time great venue and kind staff

Clean room. lovely meal at night . Breakfast ok but not worth the money based of verity .

Smart, clean room….good reception staff. Lovely hotel and high standards throughout.

Room was nice and clean and enjoyed the comfortable bed. Staff were lovely too
