The apartment has a lot going for it, especially if you are staying for more than a couple of days. The property is enormous and offers plenty of space to relax comfortably. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area while still having a convenient place to return to after a long day.
One of the best aspects is how well equipped the apartment is. It includes pretty much everything you might need during your stay, from a washing machine and ironing board to a coffee maker and other practical amenities that make it feel more like a temporary home than a standard rental.
On the downside, the apartment is beginning to show noticeable wear and tear. Right now it is still acceptable, but some areas already feel tired, and without maintenance the aging will soon become much more apparent. A bit of refreshing and upkeep would make a big difference, because the property itself has a lot of potential.

Very clean and way larger than what I expected. The reception is located in the building and she was very friendly and informative. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone and I’d book my stay there the next time I go to Madrid
