This hotel is dated and has definitely seen better days. I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke :(. However, it was low cost and everything worked. The guy in reception was welcoming and friendly- made a particular effort to explain things, show me the free drinks in reception and hand me a tourist map. Location is walkable from centre (flat walk), but slightly further than ideal. Many dining options easily reached, but don’t expect much English spoken (have a translation app handy).

The room is small and it is difficult to open the suitcase.

Generally satisfied, room bigger than many other such rooms - but Tokushima is not prime real estate. Bed was a bit hard, as was the pillow, and two pillows would have been nice, not just one!. Also, disappointed that it was a conte\inental breakfast only - though it was fine, would have likes a mixed continental and Japanese offering. Only one downside - no tea at breakfast, Japanese or Indian!!!! Not everyone drinks coffee! Next time - Tea please!!!!!

Hotel was kinda old but not too bad

The hotel is a fair walk from the Station, but under cover for much of the way. It rained quite a lot while we were there [2 nights] but the hotel staff supplied us with umbrellas. We had heard about the famous Odori dances, and made a day trip to Takamatsu to see the famous Ritsurin garden. There is a very popular Ramen restaurant 100 yards down the road from the hotel. Boiled egg for breakfast.

Great hotel and staff, not far from the train station. Breakfast was a mixture of bread and pastries, so not much of a selection, but it was OK.

The rooms are typically small as a standard in Japan. However the room had all the amenities. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean. Location was away from downtown and quiet. Breakfast was not available early enough and the hotel should offer some sort of early bird grab and go breakfast.

GPS cannot show out this hotel. Just a few car parking space. Room is small.

A quite reasonable hotel with a very good single room. The room was open and airy albeit small as most Japanese hotel rooms are. It had an opening window and pleasant outlook. I'm a crosiiant and coffee breakfast water so breakfast was adequate but if you're after something more substantial then the breakfast would disappoint.

Clean western style hotel in a good location good rates, breakfast wasn't anything to call home about but overall it was good value for money
