Room was clean. Housekeeping was GREAT and went over and above. The air conditioning was barely working and the ice machines on our floor and two others we tried didn’t work! Thank goodness we got ice from housekeeping and the restaurant downstairs helped. We had 5 rooms for a big birthday celebration and I gotta say I was disappointed. I have been loyal to the RIO since it first opened and I hope they can work out all the problems. It was my birthday and we booked the BIG SUITE. The refrigerators took about 2 days to sort of work. Again, if it wasn’t for the housekeeping staff this would be a horrible review. Lastly, it’s not easy to communicate with hotel staff. If you like talking to an A I Rio Rita then your good

Best experience. Amazing service . Will definitely be back soon

Really like the space of the room, very comfortable and clean. Definitely going to book it again the next time.

Air did not work in my room and it was 114 outside. The sink had a horrible Oder coming from it. No options for late night dining just a chicken place.

Great room with a view and away from the strip was perfect

Great room

Trashy

Loved it

Great

The room was great. The property was not to bad. The issue was the pool. They have 4 pools but the best one was closed. In the morning they had only one pool open and it was the kids pool and it was cold. The adult pool did not open till noon. All of the waterfalls did not work. When the staff was asked about it they all had different answers. The pool manager just smiled at me and had nothing to say about it. When I called before I made reservations I was told all of the pools were going.
