Great hotel. Only issue was the location…not that far from the cathedral but had to walk under the highway and over the train station to get to a section of town with restaurants and bars, and the cathedral sites. Good parking structure also.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Great location. Great shopping down the street. Minutes by car to the cathedral and surrounding areas. Staff was great.

Good hotel but not exceptional. The staff at the bar and restaurant were lovely . A few minor hygiene issues but enjoyed my stay

Nice hotel a short walk out of town close to large department store. Room was excellent the hotel also had a small gym. Food was mixed, breakfast buffet selection was only ok but dinner options and food quality good.

Spacious room, good breakfast. 30 minutes walk to the cathedral.

We finished walking the Camino Portuguese. We were exhausted, needing a couple of days to recover. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more. The room was perfect. It was spacious, well appointed and so comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the entire time we were there. We especially loved Pilar, but the entire staff was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular. There were so many options, it was hard to choose what to eat. We also are dinner at the hotel. Delicious. Couldn't ask for more.

Great breakfast, loved the rooms and right by the Corte Ingles. It’s about a 30 min walk to the Cathedral.
