On arrival the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel provide bottles and cool water dispensers so you can help yourself whenever you like. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen didn't have much cutlery for being self catering (1 knife and no forks) it didnt affect our stay as we ate out. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cant comment. It's a lovely hotel would definitely recommend staying there.

Just right! Great location - close to the train station, shopping, restaurants, the Oldtown (Altstadt). The staff was friendly, courteous, competent, and multi-lingual. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, shower, were clean. Plenty of hot water on demand. The breakfast was comprehensive and very good. I stayed on a Sunday night and attended Mass at St. Andreas, which is only about 25 minutes by foot. St. Andreas is beautiful. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

So the hotel itself was great. The staff was really nice, the room was fine for the price, the bed was comfy, everything was very clean. However, there is a club right next to the hotel, the Mazaga Club which is open and plays music until 5am on Saturday. So while I was hoping for a quiet night, I couldn't sleep because of the bass reverberating around the building. Maybe on other days this is not a problem or if you can sleep in noisy environments - sadly, I'm not one of them.

Close to main station and choices of restaurants in walking distance.

Great central location. Close to everything, lots of food options especially Japanese. Really friendly staff, super clean hotel and a bargain for the price
