Our stay at the Clarion Congress Bratislava was a pleasure. This is an excellent hotel. Our room was recently renovated, and everything was modern, clean and new. Also, it is spacious and had a nice view (5th floor).
It is easily walkable to the train station and the historic town.
We have never been to Bratislava before, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful, classic European capital city on the Danube. There were lots of people around, making it lively, but no terrible crush of tourists. All cool.

A lovely pleasant surprise, considering what i paid for the hotel. Very tastfully decorated. The added bonus was the bus/train station was around the corner. Bratislava old town was a manageable walk away from the hotel

The hotel is new, clean and fresh and is excellent value. Great restaurant. Well-located for both the hl. st. railway station and the city centre.
The bathroom is good but… the shower is poor. The overhead (rainfall) shower pressure is ridiculously weak so it takes a long time (minutes) for the water temperature to change. Hopeless. The hand-held shower is fine though.
Bed is extremely comfortable.

I chose it because it is located literally next to the train station. It was a great stay and the staff were great. Fluent in multiple languages. I had breakfast one morning. The selection was quite large (although I’m celiac and therefore quite limited for me) and lots of variety including cereals, fruit, meats, tons of pastries etc. it is only a 15 minute walk to the tourist part of town. I booked a single room (one twin bed) and it was a very large room, huge bathroom. Would recommend!

Great fresh breakfast, with very welcoming staff giving a great guide and explanation of the city.
