The room was old and run down, no elevator, and smoke detector went off about midnight. Parking is tight i don't recommend anything bigger than a compact car

Room was clean but had stains in bathroom, which is extremely small. Refrigerator was slow to get refreshments cold.Parking garage is extremely tight hard to get in and out, definitely wouldn’t recommend a large suv. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

No complaints about the experience aside from parking - it’s super tight and limited. Tons of scrapes on the wall and driveway make it apparent how tricky it is to get in and out. Aside from that, fairly priced in a great area of LA.

If you are looking for something simple this is it! Stayed with 2 children and everything was clean and comfy!
Breakfast was good, didn’t expect a full buffet but it was simple and easy!
Down side if you do have a larger vehicle parking is small.

The only thing I would say is that the breakfast is just mediocre. Not enough choice and everything is prepackaged. But the rooms and staff were great.

This property sounded very nice: Royal Inn and Suites. Actually, it was a "dump". Old everything. Terrible parking, old noisy smelly rooms, very few outlets in the rooms, etc. I would not recommend at all.
