Stayed at this hotel for two days. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall price of the room was reasonable.
However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, with very little fresh airflow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The breakfast was particularly disappointing for the price the selection was very limited, mainly consisting of scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, dried bacon, and some fruit. Considering the cost, it did not provide good value for money and was not worth the price charged.
While the friendly staff were a highlight, improvements to the rooms and breakfast offering would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Great location, easy walk to Margaret Court Arena and MCG.
Room was bigger than expected and we loved the kitchenette area and access to balcony. Comfortable bed. Would stay again!

Easy to check my family in and out, we arrived late in the evening and had a late check out the process was fast. Parking isn't great, very tight squeeze. Staff is very friendly. Outdoor pool was great and enjoyed that even though it's outside, its heated. Have all ready booked to stay again, due to this place being walking distance, very close to Aami park and the Melbourne Cricket Grounds.
