I stayed at this hotel in Coorg for 2 nights with 2 rooms booked through Expedia. The experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated electricity outages, no WiFi, lack of customer support, dirty rooms, insects, foul smell, and no proper hot water facility. My younger sister became very scared multiple times because of the constant power trips during the night. Due to safety and comfort concerns, all of us had to sleep together in one bedroom for both nights.

Room was lovely. But the toilet drain was very smelly. Bfast could be better. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Good resort, excellent food, top notch service, only downside is the location - (1) away from major attractions and (2) approach road is not good.

It was pretty average place - staff is courteous, food is standard good but beyond that, there isn't much. Golf course view is pretty lame and not available from all the rooms. Moreover, location is very secluded and reaching anywhere or going out is tedious.
Also, there is a mosque behind the resort, which has cacophonous noise at all the wrong times of sleep.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers.
While the staff is friendly and courteous, they lack training (again for the price that you pay).
Also, there is a religious establishment right next to the resort and there is continuous loudspeaker disturbance while the idea for my booking was to seek some quite.

Went for a Golf Tournament. Really enjoyed the place from the very beginning. Mr. Rajith was helpful before we arrived, and also while we stayed. Staff are really efficient, and complete. Food was good, ambience superb, and we all would like to go back with our families.
Couldn't ask for a better setup. Keep it up.
