Booked three rooms for five nights.
The location is impeccable and free parking is a big plus.
The Chinese staff are very nice and friendly. However the foreign staff are not. The young white lady in the lobby is kind of arrogant and does not greet guests at all (at least not to Chinese guests).
Secondly, one of the rooms (1036) has pretty bad smoking odor and we had to move the kids to other rooms that are pretty far away from the elevator.

Check in was very fast
My room was 1037
Big and clean
Fast internet
Breakfast: Simple but very good. Shrimp and pork dumplings were to die for. I ate 10 of them.
All hotel staff was very nice. They called a taxi right away when I needed one.
No laundry facilities but the front office was able to locate one for me
This hotel is next to the river with great night views of the Oriental Pearl Tower.
I had a facial at the Spa. The lady that helped me was very nice.
