The spa wasn't hot and was the reason we booked to stay here,it was colder than the pool.other than that everything else was good

Way too old, furnishing old and dirty, the couch was sunken as base in one side broken. Just the bathroom is ok, rest very unpleasantly worn out and dirty. Ok if spending limited time, like sleep and shower. Not worth the price when over $200.

This a brilliant hotel in a brilliant location and in a brilliant tourist location. This is why we keep coming back. The hot pools are perfect, The restaurant is very good and the front of house staff are amazing. We had a large family group staying in different units and we all had a great time. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Staff were the very best. So helpful & just awesome. Pools were fabulous.

Good

A great family motel, with lovely pool and right on the lake. Not fancy, but great for family get aways. Has everything you need.

First time that we have stayed at the Oasis. Have stayed at other motels in Taupo but having stayed at the Oasis we will be making them our stay of choice in the future.

Great basic hotel. Perfect for a quick family getaway

We loved the pool. Nice warm daily swim with pool towels in box beside pool. An extra plug for toaster/jug would be good. Only 2 towels supplied for 3 of us. The large glass panel above curtains in lounge and bedroom let a lot of light in and warmth out which made it hard to heat. A curtain there would be great. Also longer curtains in small bedroom as cool air comes through on face when sleeping. Tennis courts also a bonus. No reception as being renovated but had all we needed through millennium.

The room was very tidy and clean, equiped with everything you need. My friend insisted to wash again all the dishes, but she is just a clean freak I guess. I couldn't find an ice tray in the fridge, but we got unlimited supply of ice from the hotel bar next door. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There is an outdoor pool with nice worm water. The visitors are also welcome to use the gym, sauna and the pool in the nieghbouring Millenium hotel. Overall I had a wonderful time and rest. Highly recommend the hotel. The best rooms are with the lake view:-)
