Breakfast, Friendly staff, Tidy rooms, City centre.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Although the facility is small it is a comfortable place to stay.

A well placed and staff hotel, just outside the downtown core of Milan. Right next to a metro station, so getting where you want to go is easy. Very close to a nearby mall and many other places to shop and eat. Staff are kind and helpful.

Not in the historic center but next to a metro station. A/C stops working every hour, we had to complain to the front desk. The shower can barely fit a grown up.

They used an old metal key for the room door lock. You have to leave the key with the front desk anytime you leave. You get your key when you come back. Room was super small, but clean with a comfortable bed and pillow. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent position, only 10 min of subway from Duomo. We had a good stay, and breakfast lived up to expectations. Only thing is the grout in the bathroom could benefit from some scrubbing/sealing.

Staff were very helpful and understanding. The hotel is small but cozy. Great location.

The room was tiny, no room to maneuver in, you had to navigate around the toilet to get in and out the shower, no cups or glasses within the room to make tea, only paper cups that they don't replace. Breakfast is chaos, the poor staff are run ragged, so you are constantly having to ask for items to be replenished, you don't get asked if you would like tea or coffee, again you have to ask. We asked for milk for the room so we could make ourselves tea, and when we came to check out they "waived" the bar tab for us, so initially they would have charged for the milk, also the bar is not a bar but some seating in reception and a couple of spirts and non inviting.

The rooms are outdated for the price to be honest. The breakfast was decent. The staff were nice.
