良いパートナーと滞在
I’m not used to staying in a hotel that doesn’t have air conditioning in the room even though it’s Alaska but in the middle of the afternoon it got really warm and very stuffy in the room, at least the room is provided a box fan so you can prop it up against the window that you can open. My dirty socks were scared to walk on some nasty floor. Apparently they don’t know how to steam clean the carpets especially under the bed. They do provide hair dryer but you have to retrieve them from the front desk, because people steal them. They do provide toilet plunger but you have to retrieve them from the front desk, obviously people steal them too. The only refrigerator that our room has is an ice bucket, that was the only way to keep one drink cold.

The property when we pulled up was not clean. The landscaping was not kept up sans trash cans were over flowing and trash around. The inside ceiling tiles were coming down and stained the elevator flooring was coming up. Our room had slits in the carpet and big stains. Had an odor, we left the window open all night. The breakfast was only breads, cereals, wasn’t coffee made. Not good. Was so disappointed in that. The little breakfast area was so dirty. I don’t give bad reviews, but this one has to be done ! Please clean up the Hotel, so sad

Clean rooms, only down side is they didn't have any fridge or microwave in the room.

I was surprised to be asked how long I had stayed when I asked for 2 towels to be replaced on day 4 of a 7 day stay. It would have been more graceful if the Front Desk agent had asked for our room number and made a note.
We did not get any servicing for our room except a trash pull. Seeping the bathroom and vacuuming would.have been nicer.
We were lucky that my phographer husband chatted with one of the Rooms team. We got directions to the park up Mount Baldy where he had wonderful views of the Cook Inlet.

The establisment is not well maintained and dated. The Continental breakfast, is the worst ever presented. Bed worn out requiring mattress replacement years ago.

It wasn’t awful but definitely needs some maintenance and either the bedding wasn’t changed or it was stained. Everything just felt kinda dirty? The staff was great and very friendly. No complaints there
