My first stay in Tokyo. The place was very clean with all the amenities. The staff was really helpful and the whole check in and check out process was really smooth.

最高 Large room compared to a typical Japanese hotel room. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Excellent breakfast at the hotel.

Room was clean and towels were replaced daily. Staff was extremely helpful especially when we had to checkout and use luggage forwarding to the next hotel. They called to confirm and basically took care of everything. Away from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities and close to train stations, so it was nice to come back to at the end of the night. Definitely a must stay whenever we’re in Tokyo.

I enjoy the availability of washing/dryer machine and microwave.
There are few supermarkets in the area, which means we could easily get a bento on days we are not going out.
Lots of shopping mall, and restaurants in the area.

We chose eco cleaning which was completed daily . Every third day was a full clean which was always excellent. Staff at front desk were helpful and accommodating (e.g.when we wanted to store luggage). We stayed a total of 11 nights over two periods and it was our third time at the Richmond . This shows what we think of its service, location and facilities.
