The Staff were oustanding, room was superb and the food at the lounge which was included in my package was out of this world.

Staff gave us impeccable service, especially Anna at Breakfast and lunch. Room is beautiful and clean and house keeping kept it that way every night. (4 nights) Would stay again

Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. However the hotel is situated right next to a busy major road, and we can hear traffic noise well throughout the night, eventough the room is at 39th floor. The room also lack an area for vanity for the ladies. It is more suited for business travellers. The modern TOTO japanese toilet is quite complicated to figure out what each button does. There are no words, just symbols that sometimes doesn't explain well what the function is. Other than that, the warmth of the staff makes up for all the shortcomings. Overall a good stay but could be better, given the price tag of a 5 star hotel in the heart of the city.

The staff was amazing, food was plentiful and better than any of the restaurants in the mall, so just save your money for shopping and it at the lounge. We got upgraded to the newly renovated level, it was amazing view and loves the smell of the corridor. Overall, very happy. Well done!

Room was very spacious. Staff were exceptionally helpful and so polite. Location is great too - access to Pacific Mall through the lobby. Club lounge very useful too

Hotel was super clean and the staffs were amazing. They went above and beyond to provide us the best service you can possibly think of. They also catered us with late checkout as our flight was in the evening, which is very thoughtful.

Amazing/pro/friendly hotel staff. Room was nice n spacious, its my 3rd time staying there and will continue to do so in my next visit to JKT. Cheers!!!

The staff was amazing, I would give 6 stars if I can. The location is also in the central location.

This time is completely different experience, room is much newer and much quieter.
