We really enjoyed our stay at Blume. The suites are recently remodeled, very clean and very comfortable.
They are in the middle of everything, a short walk from the Puerta del Sol & Gran Vía for fantastic shopping and dining, yet it was quiet at night (we didn’t stay over the weekend though so YMMV).
The staff was lovely, kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Liked the local neighbourhood.
Lots of restaurants.
Close to Sol metro station and also easy stops to Atocha main station.
Staff were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask them to check for a bag that I left behind.

Our room/suite was perfect for us in our visit to Madrid. We were perfectly located in old town within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Bus, taxi and metro options are also nearby. We used the bus for longer distances. Many choices for grocery stores and restaurants are close-by. The staff was warm, welcoming and super responsive to questions and requests. We would choose to stay here again! Thank you Blume Cruz Suites!

This is an excellent boutique hotel right in Madrid center. A special and artsy feature of this hotel is the spiral stairway which contains a mural of various iconic places in the city, and a wrought iron style railing. We could walk everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and will show you where to go. High marks for Ferial and Carol at the front desk! The room including beds was very comfortable and had a pleasant view of the balconies and street, yet was quiet at night. The breakfast was quite good, though note the better value for pre-paying it the day before. Some nearby great restaurants are Pickwick (for tapas, try the cod croquettes, amazing), and La Rollerie (amazing value, five star quality, try the chicken Cordon Bleu).

Central location in lively Madrid, clean rooms, great water pressure with plenty of hot water even if it takes a couple minutes, compact and stocked kitchenette when everything you'd need. Something special for Madrid: two sets of double-pane windows and a real soundproof room that's not just a marketing gimmick. This is a huge plus. Madrid known how to party early into the wee hours.
