Smelled very stale, carpet stained, shower was very narrow and water leaked onto the floor. There was no lobby and parking was 3 floors underground. No one around after 5 pm

Lovely spacious suite. The staff were very helpful. The kitchen needed some more equipment such as more pans and they only had one teaspoon.

最高 Suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. Great location for seeing the main sites, all within walking distance. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Had a really comfortable stay, Johnathan on the front desk was very welcoming. Accommodation was so spacious and bed was really really comfy. Shower was excellent too. So close to many historic sites, and found a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Overall would definitely stay again if I come back to Berlin.

Everything about this is perfect. The location which is walking distance (10-15 minutes) of many major historical attractions as well as modern ones.
The size of the rooms is just excellent. Not used to this size at this price and location in Europe.
Ati and the service at the reception are very warm and helpful.
Overall, my pick for future stays in Berlin. Didn't hurt that we got a free upgrade :)
