stayed here whilst going to a show at the o2 arena, definately recommend, very easy access to get to the o2 via bus straight outside the hotel, its was only a 3 min walk to blackheath train station too so very convenient

Very comfortable 2 night stay. Excellent breakfast. Very clean comfortable room

Lovely hotel, Lovely staff. Great full English breakfast. Nice size Bar. Lovely large garden to rear. Lovely clean room, with tea making facilities. Parking.

The location is perfect with lovely views of Blackheath Common. It is only a short walk to the train station with frequent trains into the centre of London.
All the staff are so friendly, welcoming & helpful, especially the restaurant staff and all the receptionists the day staff & evening staff.

Very friendly welcome as always and good location. Premises slightly ‘tired’
and dated, very hot in summer weather. Breakfast choices not as good as on previous visits. Good parking facilities

This hotel does NOT have air-conditioning and Uber will not pick up unless it is a pre paid scheduled reservation.
Room was hot and only a fan mounted to the wall cannot place in window.

The location was wonderful. The bath/shower was problematic. The showerhead was in poor shape. It was dangerous to get in and out of the tub for older folks like us. The room was clean. The bed was OK. Unfortunately, we visited during a heat wave. Lack of air-conditioning was a major issue during this time.
