I've stayed here several times, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and very clean and the dinning is pretty good

Well.. think you really use a hot tub

The air conditioner and the carpet both had a musty smell. We called the front desk, and they sent an engineer, who informed us that they had been experiencing issues with the air conditioning in that building. We requested to be moved to a different room, and the front desk was very accommodating and kindly arranged the transfer. The second room was better.

The hotel has shown it's age, need some updates. No USB/ plugs near bed. The staff is excellent and the hotel is clean but old. The TV is small. For it's price, there are some better resorts nearby. It's proximity to the mMactan airport is its best asset.

The fish soup was delicious. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The musty smell of the carpet, from the lobby to the hallways to the room, is so bad that I had to sleep with a mask on. My sinuses got inflamed. I am looking forward to the Waterfront getting rid of those carpets, which have become home to the mold and mildew causing the mustiness.

Very easy to check in and the staffs are nice and very accomodating

This was our second time at the hotel within a week. We came back here after being away in Bohol for three days. Upon check-in, I asked the kind lady at the front desk if she could assign us a better room with a working air conditioner and no musty smells. She said she would try her best. After a few hours, we went back to check and the room was ready. It was in fact better than the first room we had earlier in the week. The air conditioner was still not working at full capacity, but it was better. Also, the room smelled less musty. The next day, we got a notice letting us know that there would be no hot water as the boiler was being worked on. As much as I really appreciate the kindness of the staff, I felt like this property was not the best experience for me and my daughter. I’m pretty certain we will not be back. Sad. :(

The staff members were extremely kind and helpful. The property unfortunately felt outdated, especially the room. The air conditioner was not working very well, the carpet looked and felt dirty, and the room had a musty smell to it that we could not get rid of. I wore a face mask in order to smell the room less. I wish I had a better experience, especially because the staff members were so friendly and attentive.
