amazing

very nicely and convenient location staff friendly and very helpful clean nice rooms and bathrooms

The cleanness is poor

This was a very disappointing experience. It is true that tourism was affected badly by Covid-19, but the resort should keep the bare minimum of a 5-star hotel. At first, we were pleasantly surprised when we were told that we would stay in a suite. The latter was spacious, clean and had an excellent sea view. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the waiters were. There are two shortcomings that made our stay not so agreeable: 1. The passage to the beach was locked, so we could not go for walks. 2. The biggest disappointment was the menu at the restaurant. While I understand why the hotel opted out of serving a buffet, it does not make any sense to serve the same exact menu two nights in a row!! I could not believe it when we were presented with the same menu, which in itself featured a limited variety of choices (some of which were not even available). Better meals could be served in a 3-star hotel. To ease our frustration, our waiter took the initiative and offered us some delicious pastries, which were gifted to him by another customer. In all cases, our stay was overpriced.

The hotel situation was excellent just in front of a beautiful sea ,Staff were smileys and professional.overall I am satisfied of my stay and my family enjoyed

Lovely hotel. At very low price.I recommend it highly.Best hotel I have been in Tunisia!

Chambre magnifique conforme à la description. Gentillesse et professionnalisme

I booked two rooms, they give one suite with two rooms, very poor room service, air conditioning not working in a room

I stayed two nights. On day one the shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom. On day two there was no water so couldn't take a shower!

Small rooms , very poor customer service. not recommended as the staff not helpful
