Perfect stay - will return again

This place is literally a Palace. You´ll feel like royalty, as this is an amazing hotel, with amazing staff, amazing service, all amazing! I will recommend it always!

Elegant and beautiful. If I visit Abu Dhabi again, will definitely be my favorite hotel.✌️😇

Amazing and luxury breakfast. Súper nice staff

Amazing and beautiful hotel, big wonderful pools, kind and attentive staff, really high quality of food at Vendome and Strawfire, unique atmospfere, staff going a long way to make sure we had a fantastic stay.

Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff showed little willingness to help or be flexible, even though we were traveling with young children. I had to approach the desk a second time before any effort was made to assist us. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and true luxury is defined by exceptional customer service—not just the property itself. To make matters worse, the staff member who escorted us to our room simply walked away after we explained we weren’t comfortable. We were also promised a partial refund, but when Expedia contacted the hotel, nothing was honored. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation.

This hotel is truly in a league of its own. One really gets to feel like living in a palace while being there! Stayed there for five nights and everything was top notch - the personnel, the food, the beach... Hope to visit again soon

We had an exceptional stay at Emirates Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and genuinely welcoming — the staff were outstanding throughout and really made us feel cared for. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall quality across the whole property was consistently high. Food was a real highlight. Breakfast was perfect — a brilliant mix of buffet options plus an à la carte menu, which made it feel extra special rather than standard hotel dining. We were on half board and found it more than enough, especially as we chose to use the 150 AED supplement for both Michelin-starred restaurants, which was absolutely worth it and elevated the whole experience. The amenities were excellent and there was something for all ages. Overall, a truly memorable stay. I’d absolutely recommend it — luxury done properly, with warmth and care rather than just show.

Old out dated rooms

I loved the palace atmosphere, and it doesn’t feel crowded at all. Lots of privacy. Breakfast could have been of better quality. There was a huge spread, but quality was not as great as expected.
