Location was great. There are many reasonably great restaurants in the neighborhood. I loved the public bath very much. If we will be back to Tokyo, we'd like to stay there again. Only one thing, I saw parson who has tattoo on full body int he public bathroom. The kind of person should not be allowed to be in the public bathroom. It was really uncomfortable situation for the others.

Wonderful and convenient location. Close to transit and a short walk to Tokyo Tower!

I was nervous coming to a foreign country for the first time, but they made me feel very safe comfortable and was extremely hospitable

Generally nice looking hotel in quiet good quiet location. 7 to 8 min walk to the underground (3 optional stations). Walking distance to the shops and local restaurants. Female public bath (onsen) was very poor quality. Water was quite cold, and there were even no water dispenser. What is very unusual. ( travel a lot). Moreover, public bath is located on the 13th floor, however there are not clear signs ( when you leave the lift) which direction to go. I know is not a big deal but end up walking round and round. Rooms are nice, big, clean. However: that unbearable dump smell on the corridors is unacceptable, considering 4* hotel. Breakfast was ok. If you prefer quiet breakfast- it is not a good choice. There are many guests staying, so it is like a battlefield..Small and crowded.

Location is great and overall staff is amazing, typical of any Mitsui Garden, however the first agent wanted to charge me 2000¥ to check-in 56 minutes prior to the standard 3pm, so that kinda started the experience with a negative vibe, fast forward 3pm checked in a room that had a very strong smell of cigarette, and this is where their customer service shined, within 10 minutes room was changed and all our luggage’s moved in by a really nice agent. Hotel is nice from the outside and is located in a lovely area but the rooms are OLD, the bathroom/tub area was good but OLD; and I mean yellow-turning plastic. Also, the hotel uses central air so pray no one smokes in the rooms next to you! The most negative aspect of the hotel was the onsen, and this is where the hotel could invest and renovate that specific area because it feels dingy and outdated, bringing almost an unsanitary vibe. I think if the check-in process and the initial room assignment were skipped I would have given this hotel 4 stars out of 5 because the onsen was the a major reason as to why I’ve booked this hotel specifically.

Hotel is very conveniently located from Hamamatsucho Convention Center and several transportation lines. It's a 5-10 minute walk. There are also a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Although we had a little hiccup with TV access in our initial room, the staff was very quick to try and amend the situation by moving us to a different room. Toiletries such as comb, shaver, and toothbrush are available for free at the front lobby. Washer/ dryer combo machines are available at certain floors for a fee. Dryer didn't work that well. There was a laundromat across the street so we were able to dry our clothes. Hotel had a hot bath which really helped relax tired muscles at the end of the day. Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Will definitely come back.
