Great location and friendly staff

We were in the triple room in the basement floor next to the breakfast room. It was noisy all night with people walking past, the creaking of people walking on the floor above and the rumble of the underground. The room felt dark and dull but we were very grateful for the aircon during the heatwave. The double bed seemed to tip inwards so I kept rolling into the middle. Tea and coffee facilities included, biscuits would have been nice. Breakfast wasn't great, the room was over crowded, pastries overcooked and everyone kept banging into our table. I was. Very grateful for someone carrying our luggage down the spiral narrow stairs. Overall not a great experience but appreciate some of the noise can't be helped.

Stayed 3 nights. No issues. Close to Station, clean, comfortable and quiet. Very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend.

Great location. Close to Paddington station and buses. Nice restaurant's around the area too.

This was a very convenient hotel to Paddington station where you can get the Victoria line to Heathrow. The rooms were a bit small but that’s typical and it was reasonably priced. The breakfast at 9 pounds was worth it with yogurt, fruit, eggs and meats and salad and cereal and toast and anything else you could want. The desk staff was very helpful and sent us to a fabulous pizzeria around the block.

The hotel was located at a great place, ideal for taking public transportation. Reception staff was very helpful.

On check out, the hotel kindly held our luggage until we had to depart later that day, no charge.
