Friendly check in staff- specifically name Danny. Very courteous, professional and caring. His customer service is excellent and deserves to be recognized. I’m a frequent customer there and Danny brings a breath of fresh air. I should be returning there Thanks.

The hotel located in a tight housing area with an unpleasant view. There’s no balcony or lanai. The Hallways feel like a public building. The staff at the front desk are not as knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is lacking. One good thing about this hotel is the store located on the ground floor connected to the hotel.

My Room was serviced and kept clean everyday of my Reservation, and I enjoyed the "full Oceanview from the Balcony". But it was in a location that I was not too fond of,... excessive noise heard from the Occupants in the next rooms among other dislikes. The Front desk and Staff were helpful and friendly. And the Convenient store proved to be useful for buying what I needed in the Room. The Hotel was not in tip-top shape and I was disappointed that the Laundry room had no working machines.

Hotel conditions were below average, unfortunately the hotel is partially used as housing for contract workers, Future guests should inquire more information with the property regarding this.

The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop.
I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold.

The room was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star review is the entire time I stayed there, the boiler was out and the water temperature in the bathroom was lukewarm. I did leave a cash tip for the housekeeper because I did have some shopping bags I left empty water bottles and other regular trash items. I think I left my USB-C charger there, but that’s okay I guess. People forget things all the time. Anyways, thanks to the hotel staff for being so nice! P.S. - I’m the one who left the night staff the pie from Capricciosa. 😃

No hot water, toilet flush extremely weak, TV not working properly, pool not ready until the 3rd day.
