The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very nice and quiet, which is unusual for central London. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast hours were very flexible. We had a great couple of days. My only negative was that the shower base was very slippery and could have done with an anti-slip mat. We were in room 708.

The hotel was wonderful but a little far from the attractions. An Uber ride costs approximately £60 each way and the tube is approximately 1 mile away. No complaints about the hotel, we had a lovely time.

Breakfast was great - eggs, back bacon, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, croissant

About a 5 minute walk from Limehouse dlr station, great location. Hotel room was clean and had all amenities from shampoo and shower to hair dryer and iron. Breakfast was ok, did the job

The complementary breakfast was good, the room was clean, staff were kind, and the hotel was located a short walk from the DLR. Would stay here again.

One of the less nice Holiday Inn Express I've visited. The bedside lamps did not work, the desk was damaged, the chair was disgusting, there was a stagnant water smell in the bathroom, there was no safe box, the property never replied to my many attempts to to contact them about my reservation, the staff were not terribly pleasant or helpful upon check-in, the hallway doors were incredibly noisy and slammed all day and night, and I had to call reception to get a neighboring room to quiet down in the night.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The property is about 4 miles away from the center of London which is a quick Uber or taxi ride away. One drawback to the property is that located behind the hotel is a cement production facility with cement trucks coming in and out during the daytime. It wasn't that big of an issue because they closed down every night, but it is just not a very pleasant view to open your window up to. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay there again

Really clean and spacious room

I was several times in this hotel and always satisfied. I believe they do renovations so the room was now like new and equiped with large LCD among other. Even the breakfast seems to me better than years ago, very good coffee. Everything clear in the room, soft beds and pillows. No smell. Only problem is the hard water , which is the problem of these areas - one spends years in the shower to wash all the soap off.
